Much like the Bauhaus was founded to bridge the gap between art and industry by combining craft and fine art, CMC and the Isaacson School have developed a Prototype Lab at our Spring Valley campus to ensure students can work in both the digital and physical paradigms. The prototype lab not only has the tools and space for students to realize physical output for their assignments, but also serves as a service provider for the college, and gives many students the first taste of employment in their field of study. Our grand opening and portfolio review on May 2nd provides the opportunity to see this innovative lab at work, as well as a chance to see our graduating students’ portfolios on display. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
Prototype Lab Grand Opening is from 3:30-4:30pm.
ProPhoto, Graphic Design, Digital Media Student Portfolio Review is from 4:30-7:00pm.
